"Pours out in a cloudy warm yellow colour with a small white foam. Fresh and tart aroma of lemon-juice, mild brett and sweat. Medium to light-bodied with notes of lemon-zest, funky yeast and brett, Smooth mouthfeel Tart lemony finish, low bitterness."

"Bottle, RBESG 2007 in Glasgow, Grand Tasting. Cloudy pale golden colour, decent head. Intense aroma of farmhouse, fermenting fruits and sweaty socks. Fruity and cidery flavour, quite nice. "
