"Oak-aged spiced Belgian Sour on draft at Papago as the 8th anniversary brew. Pour was golden colored, thin carbonated head, decent amount of carbonation bubbles steadily rising to the surface. The aroma was strong cherries, slight oak, no spices, some floral notes. The flavor was strong cough-droppey cherry syrup, bland watery beer/malt base, some chamomile floral type notes, and high carbonation. It was kinda like a flavored water, oak, and tartness in the background, but way overshadowed by the cherry medicinal notes. Dang, I was really excited about this one until I smelled it, but I finished it nonetheless."
