"Poured an orange-brown color with a nice intial head, good retention, good lacing. The aroma was bubblegum and light caramel. The flavor was bubblegum, soap suds, some spiciness, but really lacking other Belgian qualities of dark fruits, candi sugar, yeast, etc... Alcohol was also rather sharp and perhaps this one was a bit on the astringent side of things. Not a great example of the Belgian style."
