"Draught@Ravintola Perho, some of the last tanks for the season. Dark rubyish redbrown colour, with slight hazyness. Head was bigbubbly, slightly off white which disappeared fast. Sweet roasted caramel malts with some cinnamon and clove. Flavour was again quite weird, almost like cooked vegetables with some cinnamon and pepper added. Some caramel malts. Christmasbeer spices are in there, but seems like the beer never got balanced during the season when looking at sayravais rating on RateBeer. Then again the brewery usually has small problems with sourness from infections etc"
