"Holy Benzene, Batman! Pucker up, kids. Pours a pale dark yellow with a lilty white head. Kind of goes downhill from there. Take a budweiser and toss in 1/3 reallemon juice and you get this. I guess I don't dig the style too much. This one is a mouth wrecker."

"Aroma is strong, very malty with a considerable fruity overtone, like apple or pear. Color is a clear golden. Flavor is crisp, strongly fruity - very much like a cider rather than an ale - with a good bitter bite and a hint of sour apple taste. It is fairly smooth but does have an edge to it, and leaves a sour but not unpleasant aftertaste."

"Golden colour, huge bubbly/fluffy head with some lacing. Caramellish malts in aroma along with some hints of honey and oak. Flavour is alcohol, malts, some oaky hints, especially in the aftertaste. Some spicy notes also. Quite strangely mixed beer. "

"My third time with Petrus and damn these guys are good. This is simply one excellently crafted beer. Aroma is woody, tart and earthy. Appearance is a hazy bannana yellowish color. Mouthfeel is tart, yet still soft enough to be enjoyable. Flavors were very gueuze like but not so far over the top like a gueuze. Slightly fruity, malty, and woody. Yet it also has all the good things like brett, lacto etc to make the beer demand your attention. Really good!"

"Mottled amber in color (like a dark pear juice) with a brief, bright white head. Aroma of sour apples, musty malts and an underlying hint of alcohol. Overpoweringly sour flavor that would make a lambic blush; that a bit of malt cuts through the sourness is amazing. Finish is strong and long-lasting, tasting of a sour, pulpy lemonade. If you aren't afraid of sour beers this one is a winner."
