Petrus Blond Ale is a top-fermented beer. Brewed with pure spring water and carefully selected malts and hops. This blond beer is soft and full of flavour and preferably served cool.

"This one arrived in the glass with a creamy white head of 1.5 fingers depth on top of an orange/amber body. A spiced aroma treated my nose, and the taste was very much the same, i.e., spiced. A moderate mouthfeel followed by a slightly sweet finish ended with a quite sweet last kick at the can. "

"Golden colour, mediumsized sparklingly bubbly head, which settles into a smaller head quite fast. Aroma is sweet peach with some hints of other fruits. Also some spicyness and a weak "glueish" hint of alcohol. Flavour is sweet malts, metallic, peachy, fruity and slightly yeasty. Very fruity aftertaste. "

"Good stuff! Petrus continues to surprise after my first debacle with the Old Bruin (which tasted like dirty socks!). Nice white head on top of the golden orange hue left a nice lace around the rim of the glass. Floral scents wafted from the confines. On the buds, Blond was very smooth, yet had the typical subtle yeast elements of a Belgian brew, that were not too overbearing. I hope to sample more Petrus beers that do not taste like they have aged in oak barrels for great lengths of time.

"hazy reddish-orange colour with a fine creamy white head and a superb lacing; the yeasty/bready notes domintae leaving just some hints of apricot in the background; soft and creamy mouthfeel with a low carbonation; it ends bitter and moderately dry with long yeasty notes - easy but quite pleasant"

"This Belgian Ale pours an orange gold color from a 300ml bottle. Large sized white foamy head, with persistent lacing. Aroma is fruity and sweet, touch of floral hops. A medium bodied Belgian Ale. Malts are fruity (peaches and apricots) and sweet. Hops are slightly citrusy. Smooth tasting Belgian Blond Ale with some hop bite. Lively carbonation. A fruity and mild beer, its very drinkable, but not very exciting. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. "
