Colomba - is a traditional un-pasteurized wheat beer brewed from an all-natural process, elaborated through herbs and vegetation as well as aromatic flowers.
Colomba- is unfiltered and naturally cloudy due to the yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle, that can be consumed with the beer if so desired, and forges its perfume and aromas in the Corsican «Maquis» .

"Hazy pale yellow colour, big white creamy head. Aroma is sour and slightly acidic fruity and wheaty. Also a lot of spices. Flavour is sweet fruits and wheat with some hints of spices. An alternative witbier, and good such in my opinion. "

"Bottle. Cloudy straw coloured with a large white head. Aroma has ginger, herbs and some citrus fruit. Taste is similar. Light bodied. OK, but I don’t really like it."

"This Corsican witbier pours a cloudy beige-yellow-white colour with sediments (looking like small debris of metal found in water sometimes) all over the glass. Probably the coriander. The white head is small and the lace is medium. The nose is like Stella Artois and lots of lemon (the skunk not being so strong as SA). White yeast particules get together for a party at the bottom of the glass. Again, the Stella taste is present and so is the lemon. Pretty mild flavours and thin mouthfeel. Dry finish and aftertaste. Not a bad brew, but much better witbiers out there."
