Amigo Lager is a thirst-quencing Mexican lager traditionally served with a lime. A tribute to the beers of Mexico. Salut!

"I had this on draft a few times, usually at Pizza Port San Clemente. They tell me that it's a favorite of the local military, as a substitute for BMC...
it's yellow, not much aroma, the flavor is benign. designed & implemented as an ice cold quench thirster."

"Light gold color. Aroma is neutral. A mild “Mexican Lager”. Not much flavor. Mild malts and hops. Well balanced and smooth. But… It’s OK for a mild flavored beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is slight bitter."

"Clear yellow glow of brightness, with the littlest of heads. Smells like the air around it, as it smells like little if anything. Does not taste skunky, lime had the most taste, so for a mexican lager, all i can say is that it did little for me, yet it didn't skunk me out either."

"This brew pours with a very, very pale yellow body topped by a thick white head with lots of lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet, malty and grainy with grassy hop notes. The flavor is slightly sweet yet well balanced with bitterness, grainy and grassy. Light bodied, smooth yet dry."
