Golden Ale with Brettanomyces. Synergy is defined as the interaction between two or more agents or forces enabling their combined effects to be greater than the sum of their individual effects. This beer is the result of Two Malted Barleys, Two distinct Hops and their blended flavors brought forth by Two Yeasts married by two fermentations, skillfully blended by a group of Innovative, forward thinking brewers whose focus and talents are on display and harnessed in the Synergy that beer can be.

"Picture perfect head, coloring, lacing and retention. Creamy head with a rich orange/amber color. Excellent marriage of the hop and malt in this beer. Each seems to have it's moment in the sun; almost like a competition to see which can garner more of your attention. Yeasty notes throughout also lend a hand. Tomme Arthur is always good and this one is no exception. Didn't catch any of the citrus notes the others did although this bottle had been cellared for awhile - perhaps the aging made the difference. Excellent brew."

"Pours with a golden-orange body topped by a medium thick to thick head with a good amount of lacing. IT’s slightly sweet and malty with a slight grassiness and a very slight hint of tart funkiness. Light to medium bodied and smooth with a touch of dryness."

"This Belgian Ale pours a golden orange color from a cork finished 750ml bottle. Large sized white foamy head. Aroma is delicate, slight perfumy, some yeast and some fruit. There is a slight touch of funk in there somewhere. A medium bodied Belgian Ale. Malts are fruity (orange and apricots) Hops are grapefruity and piney and really a lot for a Belgian ale. The bretts are not all that evident, there is some funk and it very crisp and dry. Smooth taste. Nice sipping beer. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet. "

"A cloudy yellow appearance. The flavor is citrusy with a lot of lemons showing through. Some vanilla is also present. The finish is sour and dry. Not bad. "

"Pours a hazy gold. The head has some lasting power. Beautiful fresh fruity hops. Flavor lacks depth and falls a little flat. I actually thought this was some sort of APA or something so I’m a little surprised to see it listed here as a Belgian."
