The Brewery is owned and operated by George Batterbee, a former RAF man for 25 years who has come 'full circle', as he spent his first tour at RAF Swinderby which lasted for 5 years. Today the brewery operates from a converted barn at the rear of the brewer's house in North Hykeham. All the beers brewed by Poachers are also available in Bottle-Conditioned form.
