A deep copper coloured brew, offering the beer connoisseur the complexity of flavour expected from thrice hopping and longer fermentation, leading to a fruit character from both the late kettle Goldings and yeast fermentation flavour, balanced by a soft bitterness, malty sweetness and full floral aroma of Fuggles dry hops.
Ingredients: Pale Malt, Roast Barley, Black Malt, Flaked Barley; Galena, Nugget and East Kent Goldings hops
