Mid-fermented beer with full richness, soft bitterness, strong relish and pure caramel flavour.

"(on back: Primátor Pivo Tmavý lezák, on front: Primátor Velikonocní lezák). Dark rubyish amber colour, big beige head. Roasted malts, caramel and some diacetyl in aroma. Flavour starts caramelly and sugary sweet and then goes towards a maltyness and finally some hoppy bitterness. The sweetness gets to a point almost annoying after the beer gets warmer, so enjoy cold to avoid extra sweetness. While cold it’s quite wellbalanced in my opinion. Due to label it looks like an Easter Beer. Also flavour is Eastery. Rich carbonation. "

"(500 ml bottle, bought in Sweden). I somehow managed to delete my original comments here, damn! But this is still a nice dunkel, deep reddish brown colour, decent head. Flavour is malty and bready with a moderate but nice roastiness, notes of caramel, moderately sweet. I would like some more hops in the finish, but that’s the Czech dunkel style, I guess."
