Høstbryg is an American Pale Ale, brewed using the finist English floor malted Marris Otter malt. The hops used are typical American: Amarillo and a bit of Cascade. The beer appears well hopped in the aroma, and the flavor being light, delicious, and hoppy. Høstbryg is well suited for barbeques with both light and darker meats.

"Hazy dark orange colour with a low white head. Soapy and floral hop aroma with touches of bloodgrape and white bread. Flat but still aromatic flavour of flowers, yeast and orange-peels with a strong soapy undertone. Mild finish of soap and yeast. Loads of aroma hops, not much for bittering."
