Brewed by 3 different sorts of malt and lots of hops. The residual sweetness balances wll with the bitterness and the hop flavors. There has been used Cascade, Fuggles, and East Kent Goldings.

"it pours a hazy amber-brown colour with a fine and persistant beige head; nice lace; subtle and complex aroma of cream, cookies, raisins and lychees; creamy mouthfeel, low carbonation, decently bitter and a good malt body; more hoppy tones (cream and lychees) in the finish - thanks to Papsoe for this very good beer"
