Trippel is brewed with inspiration from the Belgian monestary beers. Pilsner malt and large quantities of light cane sugar gives the beer its golden color. The spices leaves a delicate aroma and flavor of citrus and the sugar makes the beer sweet. Very well suited for deserts. Try boiling Trippel to a caramel sirup and pour it over a piece of hot apple pie. Orange peel, coriander and cane sugar has been added.

"Bottled. Hazy orange colour, nice natural white head. Sweet fruits and yeast in aroma, along with alcohol. Flavour is quite the same, but the fruit can be specified as banana. Some alcoholic warmness also in the finish of the flavour. Pleasant and wellbalanced brew. "
