Bell' de Loing Ambree is a noble high fermentation beer, brewed with competence by the Ratelier Center for Help through Work of Amilly, managed by the ADAPEI association in the Loiret (France). This living beer, brewed with double fermentation and matured on yeast, should be stored upright and enjoyed at 6 to 10 degrees Centigrade.

"cloudy dark amber-brown colour with a very little foam remaining; very malty, nutty aroma, biscuity; some sweetness, good malt body, a touch of dry biterness before a moderate nutty, woody finish - not bad at all"
