Long Hammer embraces the IPA tradition of a strong hop profile while remaining approachable and easy to drink with its smooth flavor and clean finish. We take the traditional IPA brewing process one step further by dry-hopping, or adding hops at the very end of the brewing process. We use Cascade hops because they impart a wonderful hop aroma without an overpowering hop taste.
Long Hammer IPA is the beer you find yourself reaching for again and again, no matter what the occasion. The easy drinking character and approachable flavor of Long Hammer make it the "Go To" IPA.
Long Hammer IPA pairs nicely with spicy ethnic dishes and grilled meats.

"This is a nice IPA , i thought the color was perfect. The aroma was really good. And the taste was excellent. I dont know if its in style for the IPA , with the Bitterness units. But either way, an excellent find and i would def recommend. "

"On my third as i type, I was pleasantly surprised by longhammer, partially because my expectations were not too high to begin with. It pours a dark golden yellow hue. Decent white cap disappated to a thin head, yet it leaves good lacing. Aroma of some citrus, but mostly floral, taste was similar with a lasting bitterness, and a very slight aftertaste of berries. Overall it is a pretty good IPA, especially for those new to the style, but for those seeking that super hop blast this will be an average brew."

"Smell of grass and corn(and hops). Pours pale gold, mildly murky with very litle head. Crisp on the tongue, leaves no aftertaste. The taste is dominated by bitterness, like an IPA should be, but there is not much else to it. Maybe some salt on the finish. Correction: Some citrus is evident as well. The only problem is, I'm not an IPA guy, but I do respect this particular brew for its representation of the style."
