Our lightest Pale Ale with a touch of amber malt and Mt. Hood hop finish.

"Darker gold than the Carrollton Ale with an ok head. Less sour than the Carrollton as well. Pretty mediocre. Being a wheat beer, the slight tartness and slight clove funk in the aroma is acceptable (it comes across as an unspiced witbier, actually). This one is fairly drinkable, although there’s still that cider flaw from the added sugar."

"This was the mid beer of the three i got to sample and it was by far the best tasting. It had a hint of the sour cider thing, but not too much. It wasnt a pale ale, it was definetly wheat. The color was acceptable."

"This wasn't godawful but tasted very much like a cider. It was so strange. Green apple and some funky spice or something. Very dry on the end. I will definitely head back if I think they've worked out the kinks in their brewing to re-rate it though."

"The aroma is lacking but has some hops present and maybe some malt with maybe some spice. The appearance is a light, cloudy, pale yellow with a small head on top that is white. The mouthfeel is crisp and refreshing and coats the pallet nicely with decent complexity with good balance. The flavor is of lemon and maybe spice with a nice, crisp aftertaste that is refreshing. Overall, not that bad and the best I have had from Rome Street in my opinion to date. It is worth a shot."
