"Pours out in a clear shiny amber colour with a low firm white foam. Strong aroma of hay, star, anise-seed and cocoa. Strong flavour of hay, soil and fudge with touches of dried oranges and toasted grains. Medium bodied. Long medium bitter finish of hayish and herbal hops with nutty undertones. "
