«La P'tite fille de St-Jovite!» extra blonde, type mexicaine. Goût léger et peu d'amertume. Servie avec limette.

"Bottle: Poured a light yellow beer with medium head and almost no retention. Aroma is slightly hoppy with subtle sweet notes also noticeable. Taste is a bit bland, another pale beer which can mildly enjoyable on a hot summer evening."

"Bought a six-pack of this at the "Trappe à Fromage" in Gatineau, Quebec, containing five 341ml brown bottle and one Saint Arnould glass. This is really a micro, as the bottle caps are the generic you buy at the homebrew store and has that dent in it when you do it by hand. Looking forward to my first Saint Arnould experience. Pours a hazy yellow-white colour with a very white silky head, and foamy lacing. The nose is yeasty like a witbier, but nice and light. The carbonation is heavy and the taste is quite different at first, as it is very sour. The aftertaste then turns grainy and smooth. Interesting... a mixture of pale lager and witbier it seems to me. Worth a try !"
