It respects the conditions of the regional collective appelation "Saveurs en or".For its manufacture, we use hops from Flandres, and local barley malts. Gold medal holder at the Salon Agricole de Paris in 2006 in the category of blonde beers of high fermentation.

"Pours out in a golden with lively white head. Yeasty aroma of white bread, grass, pale malts, dried oranges, blood mild spices. Elastic and yeasty flavour of white bread, citrus, grass, plums and apricot. medium-bodied witha low carbonation. Yeasty finish of apricot and oranges. "

"Bottled. Golden colour, no head. Aroma is apple, spices and some earthy notes. Flavour is very much the same along with slightly more fruityness and also wood. Gets better when warming up a bit."
