"Another solid brew from samuel smith, organic ale poured an aberish yellow body, not much carbonation, head or lace left behind. Aroma of sweet malts and the flavor follows the smell with caramel and a little honey coming though as it warms. Overall not my favorite from this brewer but not too shabby."

"Light pale copper body with a noisy inch cap floating on top the last quarter inch doesn’t want to leave. Slight metallic aroma some crisp hops, mild notes of smoke and some honey rounds off the smell. Falvour is grassy malts with toffee, lemon hops and a coconut marshmallow after taste. Brew has a nice refreshing hop character with a light malt presence making this very easy drinking. I love Samuel Smith."

"I think the previous reviewer did an exceptional job of describing this beer, so I suggest that you read what they wrote. I would add, though, that the overall mouthfeel is quite dry, and the cabonation is a bit on the fizzy side. I really like this beer, and I imagine that a fresh one in England would be quite tasty. "

"There is no heat in my basement. My nipples have cut through my Ben Sherman T. Funny thing to note: Quickly reading the label lead me to believe that this was going to be an organic version of The Taddy Porter - really threw my brain for a loop when it poured out amber...WTF?? Reading is over-rated. Rolling with Brave New World by Iron Maiden tonight...
Let this sucker warm considerably first! Poured out a nice clear and simple amber brew with an average sized white crown that survives as a film. Leaves some fading spotty lacing. The aroma is very yumish (is that a word?) with a large sweet fruity aroma hitting first followed quickly by a huge malt content...honey, mild caramel, once in a while I find something that might be smokey but I can't nail that down at all so I'll just note it as retardation, ample hops are present - the aroma just gets better and better and more complex as I sit considering my impending death by hypothermia... I do have to note that at first smell I though this stuff was total shit. The taste to me seems based around the large but mild fruity, slightly peppery hops and is rounded out with earthy and weak caramel malts. Leaves a chewy aftertaste of something that I've already forgotten to type, dammit. Close to medium bodied, very mild and fine carbonation. Fairly smooth...wow just hit by a large semi-herbal hop punch...definetly earthy....finishes with soft yet prominent bitterness and a fading effect from the malts.........nothing outrageous here but just all around goodness. More proof that Samuel Smith beers rule the earth. My fingers are blue..."
