"Bottle: Poured a clear medium brown color ale with a medium foamy head with average retention but no lacing. Aroma of strong and sweet maple syrup notes with some light woody notes. Taste is also a weird mix between some sweet maple syrup notes with some malt that is not quite balancer with the sweet aspect of the maple syrup. Interesting experiment if maybe a bit cloying though I still wonder if maple syrup and beer are a good mix."
