"Bottle: Poured a clear pale yellow color ale with a huge pure white foamy head with great retention and great lacing. Aroma of maple is pretty dominant with a light malt backbone. Taste is a mix between some maple and light caramel malt. Great carbonation with average body. While this is mildly interesting, I am still trying to figure out if maple is really suited to beer since I have rarely tried one that wowed me. "
