"Pulled a clouded honey-gold from the cask. 1 finger rocky cap, modest carbonation.
Aroma of grapefruit, pine and earthy biscuit dough.
Profile is much like the aroma but more intense...ample Pine-Grapefruit hops balance some toffee and biscuit malts then hops take the bias as the drink progresses...woody-musty-earthy discernment in the middle... then a wet clean finish and light bittering aftertaste.
Quenching, medium-light body, citrus-earthy character. Drinkable and flavourful."
