Originating in the Matlock area of Somerset, the Dabinett apple is of high quality, with a yellow green and flecked dark red colour, whose juice produces an abundance of rich, sweet fruit aromas with a full-bodied taste which lends well to a medium cider.

"Bottle. Clear golden colour, quite visibly carbonated. Sweet and slightly tart apple aroma. Sweet, tart and dry flavours. Full bodied, lightly carbonated. Very drinkable."
