Rich crystal malt character is combined with an earthy, spicy hop finish, which makes this a most excellent American Style amber ale.

"Malty beer. Pours yellow orange in color. Smooth malt flavors. Little or no hop presence, at least I didn't notice it. It was a ok beer."

"while having a nice malt nose, decent head, lace, and a fine amber color, it just did not click with me as it did the last time I tried it. Sometimes a problem with microbrewers as their quality ebbs and wanes, still a quite drinkable beer, and the "Lite" lovers should like this beer."
