This is an aggressive beer. You probably won't like it. It is quite doubtful that you have the taste or sophistication to appreciate an ale of this quality and depth

"What a name for a beer, I wish it lived up to it's name. Colour - clear reddish brown, off-white head. Aroma - citrusy, grainy, caramel. Mouthfeel - medium bodied. Flavour - alcohol is present, some sweet malt. Overall - not bad, sould have thought it would be better."

"I haven't tried Stone's IPA yet, but imagine it would be similar to this...maybe a little lighter based on what their pale ale was like and their other brews that I tried. I liked the Ruination better, but was a few bucks more. Been meaning to sample this for a while, so finally glad that I did. I see this at certain bars and gastropubs from time to time so want to know what I'm getting into before I pay $5-6 a pint. Would and will drink again I'm sure, but wouldn't say it is one of my favorite IPA-ish type ales."

"Mmmmmmm, great IPA beer. Pours great and what a multitude of flavor. Rich citrus taste with so many other aftertastes leaves me wanting more. Truly one of my favorite beers and definitely a must the next time I get the chance. Can't say enough good about it........."

"Purchased on my trip to Nashville. Pours a clean copper colour with a very nice creamy off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves thick lacing. I was expecting a hopbomb from the description and all the writing on the bottle. Nope. Yes, hop is present everywhere, but I have tasted IPA hoppier than this. I guess it is more on the alcohol content. Yes, this beer is smooth for 7.2% ABV with no burns. Hoppy here, hoppy there, but not in a dry way. Kind of watery mouthfeel. Maybe a little tart. Still refreshing overall and worth trying."

"The bottle says the "You are not worthy" of drinking this brew. They may be right, but it is still a great hop flavor bomb that will kick your socks off with restraint. Lots of full flavor citrus, bits of pine and grain tucked around the edges. Great graphic on the bottle. Slightly more expensive than the typical watered down lager, it is unto a class of its own. Have one and enjoy the ride. "
