Brewery Description:
The Brewery "Tbilludi" Ltd. was founded in 1890 by a German producer Ditrich.
The brewery is situated in the center of the city on one of the main road. A three story pub, which is a part of "Tbilludi" Ltd., is situated next to it.
Company privatized land (15000 sq/m) on 25 December 1998. The document was by "sakmitsa" (Georgian land) - registration number 1783/98.
The brewery and pub had been privatized on 15 December 1995 (The document of ownership N 308 was issued by the Ministry of Property Management of Georgia.).
In order to improve the quality of production, the reconstruction of the brewery is requested, for this purpose the founders are looking for investors to create a joint - venture with mutual working conditions, or sale of the brewery and pub, with the land is also possible. The above mentioned territory gives an opportunity to build on a hotel and office complex.
