"Bottle: Poured a hazy copper color ale with a huge foamy head with great retention and good lacing. Aroma is lightly tart and sour with some dominating notes of dry European Saaz hops. Taste is also dominated by huge dry European type hops with a lightly sour finish. Full body with good carbonation and no alcohol apparent. Interesting experiment but I do wonder if the sour notes are there on purpose or if this is unintentionally infected."
