"Goldenish amber colour, small white head. Aroma is alcohol, spices, glue and malts. Flavour is malty, alcohol, hops, and slightly metallic. Alcohol and malts in aftertaste. "

"A truly dangerous beer. It's very strong, but goes down like the smoothest beers around. Quite sweet, without being too much. A great way of enduring the Danish winter. The name "juleren" is a pun on the word "ren" which can mean both "reindeer" and "pure" in Danish."

"Organic strong lager, moderate head. Deep golden colour. Strong enough but not what I would think of as a Christmas brew. Too light bodied despite the strength."
