"i was lucky enough to pass through Munster on a road trip...what a find. One of the better breweries, and they were missing a couple of their big boys. this is a near perfect pale ale-everything is done just right. Fresh smelling floral hop nose, great backbone and balance with a lean towards the hops. best US pale?"

"Pours amber with a slight haze and a creamy, beige head. Very hoppy, grapefruitish aroma. Medium-bodied, rather sweet caramel malt and a marked, bitter finish with very delicate notes of grapefruit from the great hops. Very Good Beer"

"Yikes, this surely is a tasty treat. Local bottle shop just stocked this so I was lucky enough to buy a couple bottles and not having to shell out the dough for an entire sixer. Assertive aroma dominated by crisp tingling hops that scream of sugary tart grapefruit and explosive evergreen. Smells "smooth" sure gets the senses excited. Hazy dark copper pour, almost amber in color. Good filmy head and solid lacing. This beer is thick and very full bodied, heavy malt with a big bitter kick. Aggressive on the palate with a fairly smooth finish. Hippity Hop this really is an IPA all the way (but I like the APA classification from FFF). Beautiful arrangement of hops both floral and fruity. Big time grapefruit with lemon and pine. Juicy malts that are bready and biscuity. An overall attack on the senses, well done."

"This is the way an APA should be! It is a prime example of a perfect APA. Poured a dark amber colour with a full fluffy white head. Aroma was incredibly enticing- pine, grapefruit, soft spice and hops. Taste is pleasent, firm and acidic- more citrus fruit. tastey all around."

"Amber reddish colour, with mediumsized white head. Strong flowery and caramellish hops in aroma. Fruity and a bit strawish hoppy flavour. Aftertaste is longlasting hops and hay. "
