"Aroma is mellow and nutty with some malty sweetness and maybe slight butterscotch as well as caramel. Appearance is a rich, chestnut-amber in color when held to the light with a medium-sized head on top that is off-white in color and leaves creamy lacing on the glass. Mouthfeel is medium-bodied with some quality complexity and balance with a pallete that is creamy and wet-like. Flavor is sweet malt with nuttiness as well as caramel with some slight buttschotch with an aftertaste that offers very mild bittering with a finish that is creamy, smooth, and tasty. Overall, solid ale here but nothing over-the-top and is totally a session brew for sure; recommended to some extent."

"Aroma is richly and appetizingly malty, with hints of wheat and banana. Color is a nice, clear orangy amber with an off-white, fluffy, persistent head. Flavor was a bit of a let-down, though, on the thin side - not much malt and just a hint of hops. It is good, though, and this beer would be much better if the flavor had some strength. Finish is smooth and leaves a touch of hops and fruit."
