"Golden colour, not much head. Flavour is sour fruits. Flavour is sour fruits and some hops. Well done and balanced Lambic. Kind of sweet and sour thing. Yummy! "

"Pours with a yellow body topped by a thin to edium thick head with some lacing. The aroma is woody and smokey with a slight mustiness. No gueuze characteristics at all in the aroma. The flavor is slighlty sour an dtart with a touch of sweetness and a little sout grape. Light bodied, crisp and dry."
