A crisp, lightly spiced, refreshing, wheat-based ale, served unfiltered and very cloudy, creating a whitish-yellow appearance. This Belgian witbier ("white beer") is named for the Brewery Collectibles Club of America (BCCA).

"This one poured a clear yellow color with a fluffy white head. It had a light citrusy aroma with a flavor that was very lemon oriented. It had a thin mouthfeel and a light clean finish."

"Sampled on draught: Pours a very cloudy, hazey bright yellow colour with a huge frothy white head. Aroma is very fruity on the nose, lots and lots of wheat, coriander, spice- most noticeably cloves. Maybe a little ginger, citrusy mouthfeel, full well carbonated, creamy texture with a initially sweet and wheat filled flavor which quickly produces a tart taste. Pleasent all around, and impressive. Nice job Dave! :)"
