We used the famous yeast strain from the Trappist Abbey of Westmalle in Belgium to make this Dubbel (double) style beer. Rich, sweet malty flavors complement those of ripe fruit and clove-like spice in this creamy, full-bodied ale.

"Poured a clear golden color with a nice head. Had an awsome floral, almost springtime aroma. It exhibited a sweet malty flavor with a very smooth finish. This was definetely tasty."

"Pours a hazey orange-amber colour with an enormous white head that takes a while to settle down. Sticky resiny lacing, with aromas of cloves, ginger, wheat and pear. Well integreted spice character- with a smooth blend of ripe hops and fruit. Very tastey, and higher in abv im assuming."
