We brewed this golden-orange ale with wheat, maize, and three barley malts, creating a complex nutty flavor preceding a dash of American hops and a balanced, satisfying finish.

"Pours a bright straw yellow colour with a fairly large white white head. Initial aroma is of rich complex malt character, slight honey and bread. Taste is creamy, fairly rich and definately refreshing. Long lingering finish, slightly acidic mouthfeel."
