"THis one poured a nice amber color with a good head. It had a noticeably chocolate aroma with a little chocolate malt on the palate with a little roasted malt notes."

"This beer poured a lighter copper-reddish colour with a medium sized tan head. Carmel, toffee and ginger in the aroma. Flavor was consistant with carmel apples and cinnamon. Rich, but not too complex, hop bite was strong in the first initial taste, but quickly tapered off into a sweet finish. "
