This dark, rich, roasty chocolate porter balances aggressive roasted malt flavors with chocolate-like malty sweetness and a creamy full body.
Hop flavor is absent, with just enough bitterness for balance. Brewed to coincide with the Pullman Porter exhibit at Green Bay's National Railroad Museum.

"Pours a dark black colour with a little light brown head. Taste is slightly metallicy, so i was turned off a bit by that. Mouthfeel was a little thin, otherwise deep dark flavors of chcolate and spice. Taste is creamy and rich, Aroma is pleasent, black cherries."

"A little too dark for my taste, but made very well. It poured a clean back color with a frothy tan head. It had strong coffee aromas with a creamy chocolate flavor enhanced by roasted malt. Very clean dry finish."
