This deep red ale was brewed with fresh-off-the-vine "wet" hops grown locally by members of our Mug Club and the Green Bay Rackers homebrew club. A generous helping of malt and some yeast-derived fruity notes add further complexity to this unique ale.

"Quite a difference in taste from last years GB Rackers APA. Last years was a little less hoppy, but I'm definately not complaining! Medium bodied, pours a nice orange colour with a moderately sized white head. Citrus fruit in the aroma, plenty of floral and pine characteristics as well. Has a very hopped taste, a kick in the face of hops and a tight finish. Very interesting, I would say it falls more into the IPA category."

"This one poured a nice amber color with a frothy head. It had a floral hoppy aroma with a nice smooth flavor with plenty of hops. Seemed a little spicy at the end. It was nice."
