This golden-amber brew begins with aromas of caramel, pine, bread, and damp leaves, followed by nutty malt, grassy hops, and a gentle snap of bitterness in the finish.
Named after Zachary Taylor, 12th president of the United States and one-time commander of Green Bay's Fort Howard, the site of which is adjacent to our brewery and home to a newly erected statue of its old commander.

"Pours a semi hazey golden-orange colour with a small to medium sized white head. Slight floral notes, lemon and pear accents as well. Taste is crisp, clean- hops are well integrated, soft and astringent. Mouthfeel is fair to moderately creamy with a soft smooth finish."

"This one poured a clear amber color with a fluffy white head. It had nice hops in the aroma with a crisp hoppy flavor and a good malt backbone. Brewed with 100% American hop varieties."
