An American-style wheat ale brewed with 30% malted wheat
and 2 row barley. Low hopping rates allow the refreshing
aroma and citrus flavor of a late addition of lemon grass to
dominate. This unfiltered beer retains all of its protein, flavor, and some of its yeast, resulting in a traditionally cloudy appearance.

"A nice wheat beer with whispers of citrus thanks to the addition of lemon grass. Color is cloudy amber, so you know it hasn't been filtered. Aroma has a hint of lemon, as does the taste, which is typical of a wheat beer. Pleasant and uncomplex, it has just a little bit of a hoppy bite. Good for spring or summer outings."

"Pours a slightly murky beige-yellow with a very thin head and very little lacing. Some carbonation. Aromas of citrus-lemon, wet wheat and malts. Taste is somewhat thin but refreshing for a hot day with a thin wheat-lemongrass flavor and some malts."

"overall average brew not much for even a wheat ale poured a light golden hazy color with a thin head that was gone quickly and left very little lacing the aroma is bland with some berries and malt i think but little more the flavor is less than or equal to an "american pilsner" i mean come on if you are gonna brew a craft beer be crafty not much here move on and lets try something else"

"Not a bad reprepresntation of an American Wheat Ale. Cloudy yellow body as you'd expect. A little disappointed, though in the head retention. A subtle taste and nose of wheat and lemon. Overall an easy drinking ale with some flavor."
