"What a lovely tasting beer this is! The flavor is strong on granny smith apples. It is like tasting the best raw apple juice that you ever got your hands on. Wonderful smells and aroma. A beer to have whenever your feeling good. Yummy is the word for this beer!"

"Draught at Monk’s Café, Stockholm. Pours out in a hazy golden colour with a small creamy white head. Granny Smith apples and bubblegummy yeast in the aroma. Medium to light-bodied with notes of bubblegum, yeast, white bread and green apples. Short yeasty finish of yeast, wheat and green apples."

"The initial aroma of apple went from sweet to sour. It was sour to a point where I thought I was drinking a granny smith apple ale. I also tasted a faint lemon flavor on the palate. This cloudy yellow colored ale with a cream colored head was not a favorite of mine but was worth trying."

"Depoending on where you can get this it can be called either L'Epehemere Apple or L'Ephemere Pomme. Either way it's apple based fruit brew from the fine beermeister at Unibroue. Like may other beers, it is golden yellow in colour, has a thin white head. The aroma was some grassy malt, some sour apple, and the typical Unibroue yeast. The flavour was a pleasurable experience with the sour apple flavour being a perfect balance between the malt and the yeast."

"Bright golden body with maybe a hint of pink, a very large fluffy cap with good retention sits on top, lacing is slippery and spotty. On the second pour from the bottle the body appeared cloudy and more yellow. Sour granny smith apple and lots of it, this is awesome a fruit beer that’s not cherry, raspberry or strawberry. Under the intense apple aroma smooth wheat comes out but you do have to try hard to find it. Flavour isn’t as intense as the smell and a lot more of the wheat comes through the apple is there but is balanced better with the malt. There is some flavour in the finish what I can’t identify but its bringing back memories of medicine when I was a small sober child. Very nice fruit beer tasty light and clean and has a completely different flavour then all other fruit beers on the market. "
