"Other than the very nice fruity aroma, this beer is average and weak. It's basically a macro brew with a micro label. Weak, watery, yet inoffensive. Still, if this is what passes for "quality premium beer" in Windsor, at these prices it's no wonder the brewery is in Receivership."

"A over priced average beer that really does nothing for me. You pay a little bit more for this beer but I truely dont know why. It comes away with a terrible after taste and something I would never drink again. I don't even think Walker Texas Ranger could even drink a case of this himself."

[3] Review by pootz from between Calgary and Waterloo, Canada who has tried this beer a couple times. (8/5/2005 5:16:16 PM)
"Growler filled at the brewery: decanted a slightly hazy light gold color... small 1 finger white cap that dissipates quickly and leaves a weak ring. Starts rather thin but then this changes to a silky mouth feel punctuated (but not dominated) by the signature Walkerville biscuit malt tastes...finish is a bit dryer than the malty start with the hops (no saaz) and leaves a pilsner like impression. Tastey lager...not a pilsner but a light lager with some pilsner characteristics. Unfortuanely it will get lost in the sea of similar light lagers and pilsners out there. Nice but does not stand out.
