The source of its pearling, effervescent taste is the secret fermentation process which we have developed especially for our crystal wheat beer. It quenches your thirst like no other beer. With its elegant appearance, it is the speciality of our brewery. Goes well with fish, seafood and light dishes.

"What an interesting beer with some character and flavors I would expect in a beer, but really the makings of a good beer. Paired it with fried rice. The body is clear and brightly golden. The head is really robust upon pour. Takes up half the glass even with a tilted pour. And that head stays around for awhile, settling into a light lacing. The head adds to a creamy sipping. Bananas hit the nose and are very much a part of the taste. There’s some spicing/nutmeg in the aftertaste. The carbonation is not overbearing and adds to a refreshing lager. My first Kristalweiss will definitely not be my last. "

"Pours very clear golden colour with a thick tan coloured head. There is alot of carbonation and the head fades very slowly. The aroma is wheaty with hints of orange peel, coriander, and nutmeg. There is a strong wheat and malt taste with again orange peel and nutmeg."

"This beer poured a clear yellow color with a tall white head. It had a grassy aroma with a medium mouthfeel and a wheaty and malty taste. Showed a slightly sweet finish."

"This was my first kristal beer. Have to say it was pretty good. It poured a clear pale yellow body, medium carbonation, and a thick head that disappeared quickly. Aroma of cloves, nutmeg, and a little banana. Mouthfeel was good and smooth. Flavor is predominatley clove and nutmeg with a little friutiness thrown in. Overall a pretty good beer, but the sweetness would keep me from drinking several of these in a row."

"Very clear golden color and pours out with a big fluffy white head. Aroma is fruity (banana & lemon) and yeasty. The beer tastes fruity and a little zesty with some spice and yeast. A bit watery and thin however. Not nearly as good as their regular hefe but still decent and definitely refreshing on a hot day, which it is here today. "
