A refreshing and creamy smooth ale that is notably full of flavour. A summertime patio beer!

"The Wellington County brewery has always been a sore spot with me as they have produced some wildy inconsistent beer over the years. I was hoping for a hoppy brew with this offering, but they missed the spot. First off, it pours an amber colour, unlike most English Pales. Secondly, the nose is more malt than hops. Third, the flavour profile has weak flavours. I give it a D- "

"As mentioned in another review, the beer poured a perfect amber colour, slightly darker than I had expected. A moderately fine frothy head that settled slowly brought some excitement in taking my first sip. Unique but light nose. Very smooth to drink with limited carbonation. This is a very good and I hope to have more of it in the future. "

"341 ml bottle
4.5% ABV
I tried this beer on April 30, 2008 after purchasing an assorted 6 pack of Ontario Craft Brews from one of my local LCBO outlets. The poured a beautiful translucent rusty red colour with a thin white rocky head. The aroma is some roasted malt, with a hoppy background. The mouthfeel was medium bodied, with ample carbonation. The flavour is malty with just a little hops. I was expecting a more hoppish flavour profile."
