Brewery Description:
Welton's Brewery was conceived and designed by Ray Welton abd then built and installed in a renovated milking parlour on Rugge Farm in Capel near Dorking. They have now brewed over 40 different specials. The strength varies from 3% to 5.6% abv. The recipes are all different, using up to five varieties of hops and a possible ten different malts.
