Wild Goose India Pale Ale (IPA) is English-style ale with roots dating back to the British Empire. IPAs were traditionally brewed to mature while being shipped from Britain to India and were heavily hopped to stay fresh. In that spirit, Wild Goose IPA has a crisp, clean ale with a long, hoppy finish.

"KSBF 08 - Light amber/gold color, hazy. Very little aroma. The flavor was sweet overripe fruit, perfume and cardboard. A nondescript bitterness at the end which was just annoying. Not a great effort."

"Poured a pale amber hoppy aroma and hoppy taste without being too flowery. Small white had that didn't linger. This was a good choice to pair with spicy chinese food. cut the heat nicely while complementing the flavors."

"Pours a dark gold color with a decent if unremarkable head. Light scent of toasted malt, citrus, and hops. It's a very light scent. Tastes sweet caramel and toffee malts blended with some grass and light earthy hops. Leaves a light bitterness "

"Cloudy golden color with a thin head. Smells kind of spicy to me, no citrus at all. Taste nothing like an IPA. I think they forgot to add the hops. Malty and pretty smooth but not even close to tasting like an IPA"

"From a bottle. pours a clear copper with a thin white head. Aroma is weak. What is there is slightly hoppy. Flavor is weak as well. Slightly bitter, but not much to it. Definitely don't see this as an IPA. "
