Denne øl er en helt ny type, der kombinerer ingredienserne fra India Gold med belgisk hvedølsgær og en anelse hvede. Resultatet er en liflig sommerøl med en varm, gylden glød. Et harmonisk ægteskab mellem engelsk malt og humle og belgisk gær. Yellow Jacket er en amerikansk betegnelse for en hveps.

"hazy golden with a sticky white foam. Yeasty notes of banana and almond with hints of grass and orange-peels. Estery flavour of banana, cloves and oranges. Hints of almonds and metal. Light-bodied. Grassy bitter finish. tastesn like a´belgian blonde to me."

"Draught at Christian Firtal, Odense. Malty aroma with notes of toffee, caramel, butterscotch, hints of dried fruits. Flavour is reasonably malty with distinct butterscotch notes, hints of peaches and apricots. Decent hops, bitter aftertaste."
