"Perry is a new one for me to try. It had a very delicate pear aroma and flavor. The flavor was there and then it was gone. Excellent refreshing moouth feel. I particularly liked the fact that it wasn't bitter. This would be a nice change of pace offering. I could see it going well as a cocktail with a mild cheese"

"Color is a clear, very pale yellow - not good for a beer, but acceptable for pear cider. Aroma is strong and sweet, just like a pear, and very inviting because I love pears. Flavor is not strong, but it is delicious and refreshing, with just a hint of alcohol nip. Because it is so sweet and smooth, it could be insidious!
Good by itself, or a nice accompaniment to a meal or a party."

"As a pear lover, I've actively sought good pear juice before, and I've not found any that were very satisfying. So far, this pear cider comes closest. It's not everyone's cup of tea, but if you like pear, it's good stuff. Clean, refreshing, a mild hint of wheat or something grassy, but mostly pure pear."

"I think that I'd have to say this is my least favorite of the ciders that I have tasted. Woodchuck Pear poured an extremely pale yellow color topped with a very thin, fizzy white head that disapeared quickly leaving zero lace. The aroma was sour pears without much else. The mouthfeel was light bodied, crisp and refreshing. The flavor was really nothing special at all, very tart pears with a slight touch of alcohol added. Nothing I would ever recommend or try again."
